Linda Lapointe
Linda Lapointe, born July 2, 1960, in Laval, Quebec, is a businesswoman and politician. She managed and owned her family's Provigo grocery store before entering politics. Lapointe served as an ADQ MNA for Groulx from 2007 to 2008 and was elected as the Liberal MP for Rivière-des-Mille-Îles in 2015. After losing her seat in 2019, she was re-elected in April 2025. During her tenure, she has served on the Standing Committees on Official Languages and International Trade.
