Mike Dawson
Mike Dawson was elected as the Member of Parliament for Miramichi–Grand Lake on April 28, 2025. Born on October 20, 1976, in Newcastle, New Brunswick, Dawson previously served as the MLA for Southwest Miramichi–Bay du Vin after winning a by-election in 2022. He also represented Miramichi West in the 2024 provincial election. Before entering politics, Dawson worked in the trades for 14 years and later started his own business, Dawson’s Painting and Drywall.
