Costas Menegakis
Costas Menegakis is a Conservative Member of Parliament representing Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill, elected in April 2025. Born on January 12, 1959, in Montreal, Quebec, he is an entrepreneur and businessman with a longstanding commitment to public service. Menegakis previously served as MP for Richmond Hill from 2011 to 2015, during which he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. His parliamentary experience includes membership on several standing committees, such as Citizenship and Immigration, Procedures and House Affairs, Government Operations and Estimates, and Official Languages. After electoral defeats in 2015, 2019, and 2021, he made a successful return to Parliament in 2025, reclaiming a seat in the newly reconfigured Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill riding.
