Oudar, Manuelle
Manuelle Oudar is a highly respected lawyer and public service leader with a career spanning over three decades in Quebec's public sector. She served as the president and CEO of Quebec’s labour standards board, the CNESST, where she implemented major reforms that significantly impacted employment rights, workplace well-being, and gender equality. Oudar has held several senior roles in Quebec’s public service, including Deputy Minister of Labour and Assistant Deputy Minister of Networks at the Ministry of Education. She has also chaired the Board of Directors of the Institut de recherche en santé et sécurité du travail and the Association des femmes en finance du Québec. Her contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including the Grand diplômé award from Université Laval in 2024 and being named one of Canada's 100 most influential women by the Women’s Executive Network in 2017. Oudar holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Université Laval, is an accredited mediator, and is a member of multiple professional orders in Quebec.
