Aslam Rana
Aslam Rana is a Canadian engineer and politician who immigrated from Pakistan to Canada in 2003. He holds a master's degree in civil (transportation) engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Rana has been actively involved in community service and the Liberal Party for over fifteen years. He was elected as the Member of Parliament for Hamilton Centre in April 2025, marking a significant shift in the riding's representation after over two decades of NDP incumbency.
